Hello, my dr told me I could only take Tylenol after having the sleeve done. Prior to surgery when I would get my period, I would take Motrin but I don’t think that’s allowed anymore. What do you all suggest that we can take to help With the cramping?

yeah...just Tylenol but if that's not cutting it go back to your doctor and see what other options they might have. I also use a heating pad and light exercise to help with the pain - especially on the first day or so of my period.

Same. I can’t take my beloved Motrin either. I’m going to see about getting an IUD or a more permanent solution now that I’m two months out. I do find liquid Tylenol to be more effective but it’s more expensive and doesn’t last long. It just takes the edge off for me.

Pamprin and a few other off brands ice acetaminophen (aka tylenol) as their main pain medication! I've been using generic pamprin and it's awesome
