Last night I went to Dr. Grossbards seminar. He has been banded and lost 100 pounds. He said that he wants everyone to be on atkins or (KETOSIS) before surgery to prove your conviction toward you new life. So I started this morning to get a head start. My 1st appointment is on Tuesday for a one on one. But I've been told by the office manager that I could be in for surgery by Feb 14th.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Excited and nervous because its coming.....LOL

6 Days, before you know it, it will be 2 weeks. LOL I say this now, HA I will probably whine the loudest during my liquid phase.

THank you so much for posting those pics. That laugh came just when I needed it most. I have felt like both those kitties lately. Eating to exhaustion and then while eating fall asleep. That is sad.

It went really well... He hopeing to get me in by March so my crossing my fingers, since i have have the pysch or the dietian stuff yet.. he trying to have it where I can see one here unstead of travling.

I did read Jacks thread. I made my husband promise that he would tell me ASAP if it happened to me. That way I can make with the breath mint arsenal. LOL

I did feel a little light headed today. Does anyone know if thats normal on the induction phase.
