Over eating BLUES!!!!!!!!

Greetings,

Last night I went to Dr. Grossbards seminar. He has been banded and lost 100 pounds. He said that he wants everyone to be on atkins or (KETOSIS) before surgery to prove your conviction toward you new life. So I started this morning to get a head start. My 1st appointment is on Tuesday for a one on one. But I've been told by the office manager that I could be in for surgery by Feb 14th.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Excited and nervous because its coming.....LOL

Here are some pics of some overeating tragedies.

Are you doing Atkins or South Beach? Yes, if you are then it is normal. You will feel bad for a while some up to a week, then you will get all kinds of energy. You are getting all those sugar/carbs out of your system.

Yes, Atkins. Thank you for responding, I was getting a little worried. Angus decided to join me and I am thankful but I think he needs more than 20 carbs during the day. He really needs energy at work and he is slightly grumpy when he gets home.
