Not an easy journey

Hello, I was sleeved October 17th. It has been far from an easy journey. I have been in the hospital more than not because of dehydration, I am still on clear liquids. Halloween I had to do a CT scan and found out I have a blood clot in my stomach, in the vein right next to my liver. I was in back in the hospital for 5 days and now home taking it easy and now on blood thinners for at least 6 months. Has anyone else gone through this?

I hope you feel better soon. I've had a few bumps in the road kidney stones and chronic constipation. Only been three months and had six procedures. Hopefully that's it now! Feel better x Sent from

So sorry to hear that. I hope you will feel better soon.

I am so sorry to hear this. I hope all gets better soon. I have had gout in multiple places in my feet and legs for over a week now and i am not even quite 2 weeks out post op. It has been agonizing. No end in sight to my misery and not even sure what to do about it...

I went through 4 months of in and out of the hospital after my surgery and 6 stomach surgeries in all. It was hard!! Very hard.

But I’m 4 years out now and doing well, not perfect but definitely happy. You will get through all of this. Hang in there!!

wishing you a speedy recovery!
