      Thank you Yes I’ve had a few stalls. Then I started going to the gym and had even more. But I’ve talked to trainers and they said I’m gaining muscle so I’m trying not to weigh myself as much.

    Good point.. I actually stopped to weight myself... just keep noticing how clothing is getting loose every month ?. You look fantastic! keep it going ??

    Wow, congratulations. At the rate I am going I will be lucky to lose half that much in 6 months. But at least it will be less and not weight gain.

    It doesn’t matter how long it takes as long as you cross the finish line ?

    Actually I do think it matters. I was told that after a certain time your body does a reset and that is your new normal. But I shouldn't complain. I am at 227 and if in 6 months I am down another 50 pounds all will be good.
