    Thank you Yes I’ve had a few stalls. Then I started going to the gym and had even more. But I’ve talked to trainers and they said I’m gaining muscle so I’m trying not to weigh myself as much.

That’s brill, well done. I had my sleeve in August too. I have lost 52 pounds and am pleased but 101 is fantastic. Did you have any stalls o4 was i5 continuous loss?

This makes me excited! I hope I lose like this. I'm still pre-op. :)

Thank you Yes I’ve had a few stalls. Then I started going to the gym and had even more. But I’ve talked to trainers and they said I’m gaining muscle so I’m trying not to weigh myself as much.

Give yourself credit for all you have done.. WooHoo! Gain that muscle girl! You are on track, you got this! Strong inside and out.

Thank you! Stick with protein and veggies for the most part. I joined a gym about three months ago and focused on strength training first then cardio.
