I’ve been doing just decaf for a little over a week...and I’m still getting horrible headaches. I’ll try the half and half and see how that goes. Thank you!

I started off with half caffeine & half decaf for 1 week, the second week I went to 1/4 caffeine 3/4 decaf and the third week was full decaf. I thought my surgery was going to be in early October so I quit in September, I will be starting the process over again in October.

I quit caffeine too and it took 10 days of excruciating headaches. Finally the headaches are gone.
