Ok. I have discovered pure protein, and let me tell you yum. It’s like drinking chocolate pudding, but with 23 grams of protein. What’s everyone else’s favorite protein shakes? I like to mix it up!

I really like Syntrax nectar fuzzy navel mixed with some low calorie orange juice and water. It has 23 grams of protein and 0 grams of carbs per scoop.

I also like Body Fortress Cinnamon Swirl. It has 30 grams of protein and 7 grams of carbohydrates. I mix it with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and I've been adding a little bit of sugar free pumpkin spice coffee syrup.

I was just sleeved on the 13th. My nutritionist recommended Unjury Protein. I’ve only tried the unflavored one which I added into some watered down tomato soup and it didn’t change the taste at all. Tomorrow I will try the chocolate but I hear good things, and it smells good! 21g protein 2g sugar

I agree with Macy Gray. Premier protein shakes are the best I found. I am very picky and have never found any that I liked. I am probably having my surgery in December but have been drinking one for breakfast everyday for months now. I like the vanilla and chocolate. It also comes in strawberry and banana but I didn't like those two.

I love the Atkins shakes. I drink one a day to supplement a little extra protein and they are one of the few brands that don't have that awful protein taste.

I also love Adkins! Especially the dark chocolate one.

I’ve mixed Tazo Chai Skinny Latte with Vanilla Premier Protein and really liked the taste.

Premier protein was my go to drink. Pinterest has great recipes for premier protein shakes. I am a year and two months post surgery and I can't drink them anymore. The smell makes me nauseous.

Premier for sure! And before surgery I was mixing in 2 T of PB2 powdered peanut butter. Can’t wait to get back to that!

I mostly use Isopure powder. We have chocolate, vanilla, and banana. Then we add flavor shots that change up the taste. I mix it with coconut milk (generally) but sometimes with an iced coffee.

Sometimes I mix it up with Premiere Protein shakes or Atkins.

With 5 weeks of liquid diet, variety is CRUCIAL!!!!!

So yummy! Can't wait for breakfast every morning.
