    I really like Syntrax nectar fuzzy navel mixed with some low calorie orange juice and water. It has 23 grams of protein and 0 grams of carbs per scoop. I also like Body Fortress Cinnamon Swirl. It has 30 grams of protein and 7 grams of carbohydrates. I mix it with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and I've been adding a little bit of sugar free pumpkin spice coffee syrup.

    I'm pretty sick of the creamy-type protein shakes. A friend of mine recommended Syntrax Nectar Fuzzy Navel. I got some and it is by far my favorite protein supplement. I mix it with 4 oz of low calorie orange juice and two ounces of water. One scoop has 23 grams of protein and 0 carbs.
