Ok. I have discovered pure protein, and let me tell you yum. It’s like drinking chocolate pudding, but with 23 grams of protein. What’s everyone else’s favorite protein shakes? I like to mix it up!

      I was just sleeved on the 13th. My nutritionist recommended Unjury Protein. I’ve only tried the unflavored one which I added into some watered down tomato soup and it didn’t change the taste at all. T

    I mix lemonade crystal light with Relaunch unflavored protein. I use premier protien as a backup. Isopure is also great.
