Day 20

Did the shakes for 12 days started food having no issues with 2 meals and 1 shake is it too early to transition to 3 meals if u can handle it? They say at ur pace

I would try to stick with the plan. If not, try a half teaspoon or a quarter shake. I'm still on clear liquid and milk. :-( this is so hard

When you say food, do you mean regular food or pureed food? I guess I'd say follow whatever your doctor says. I'm just about to start purees and will do them for two weeks before starting "real" foods. I'm 15 days out, and as maddening as it can be, I'm happy to take it slow if that means the stomach heals safely and completely. I miss the taste of non-sweet food, but I'm not actually hungry.

Yes all food is pureed or already soft like Yogurt for bfast with protein powder, egg whites for lunch and then dinner a shake usually which is fine and like u i am not hungry. Just trying to defer from shakes lol
