Alright folks, need some feedback please. I'm almost 2 months post-op, and I'm taking opurity multivitamin, and their calcium citrate, all chewables. Thing is, it's hurting my teeth to chew these things now, and I'm looking for great alternatives. I think it's the citrus, or citric acid. I don't have any other teeth issues, (food or liquid) and I can drink oj.
I'm wondering how this Liquid vitamins are, and if anyone has suggestions on either of these. I'm considering Citracal petites capsules. Has anyone else had these teeth issues from chewables??
