this is dangerous! If you don't get enough liquids you will get dehydrated and will end up back in the hospital. Are you counting all of your liquids including protein shakes and jello, etc?

today I've done 8 oz so far plus 3 oz bone broth plus almost half of my protein drink which is powder mixed only with water.

I was told to target 40 - 60oz fluids in the first week. By week two, I needed to be consistently getting 60oz. If you don't dramatically increase the intake tomorrow, call the doctor...dehydration is dangerous.

My NUT says 64 oz. is the goal (including protein shakes), but 40 oz. will keep you out of the hospital.
