Yes, everyones journey is different. Ive only lost 33 lbs. since surgery on 3/31/17. Slow loss is better than no loss. I am now in onederland, can fit in my daughters size 14 jeans, and no longer take

My only thought is that you are pushing your body to far. I wasn't cleared for working out more than going for a walk until 4-6 weeks after surgery.

Hi all!
I am kind of frustrated and looking for feedback on my weight loss progress. I had my surgery June 16th and I am about one month post-op. I have been eating between 500-600 calories and working out 5-6 times a week since a week and a half after surgery. I have not been super diligent with water, however, on most days I meet my protein goal. I have only lost 16lbs since my surgery. This scares me because if it is moving slowly now, I am scared it will even get worse as time goes on. Any suggestions on changes I should make?
Thank you!
