Progress Pictures

I've seen a lot of people posting progress pictures and was curious on how important everyone thinks it is to have them?

I am sure I'm not the only camera shy person here...

I don't have any but enjoy celebrating with others. Heck, my profile pic is from before Wls. It's primarily laziness on my part and the fact that I've made a conscious choice not to engage in social media. This is the only social media account I still have!



This is also my only social media account. But I do progress pics for a number of reasons:

- motivation

- sometimes the scale doesn't move but your inches do and this shows as results in pictures

- sometimes the mind doesn't see the changes in the mirror...but the camera always does

- to see how far you've come

- and again...motivation!

My mom wants weekly update pics, so we're doing them on Mondays. I can see a difference already and it's kind of weird to me.
