Multi vitamins!! HELP

I just ordered Bariatric Advantage Multi vitamin which is a chewable and it is absolutely disgusting. Literally, makes me sick. The cool thing is that they have everything I need except calcium so I'm only taking 2 vitamins and 2 chewables per day. My surgeon did not approve me taking the patch and says their isn't enough research on them. Anyone have a better tasting multi vitamin that has everything? Trying to get this sorted before surgery next Wednesday

Thanks!

What about the gummy Vitamins? Anyone have info on those. They seem to b all I can take. In Multivitamin and Calcium. I also do 1 Vitamin D drop at night.

My nutritionist cautioned me about gummies as they can contain high amounts of sugar. You want to watch for that.

I use the Celebrate brand of chewable vitamins and supplements and they taste fine, with the exception of iron, which I could not tolerate. I went to the Patch MD iron patches and so far so good.

@Erykah2017 I was deficient before surgery and on pills.. not sure why I need to be on liquid for 6 weeks

I use Flintstones chewables and theyre not that bad.

I can't take gummies my first month.

Patch MD multi. Slap it on. I put mine on overnight. Leave it on for 8 hours. Absorbs thru the skin. Cleveland clinic is happy with my blood results. I also use b12 patch. I'm 7 months out. You can buy it on this website store.

They recommended Flintstones chewable for me. Gummies are not good because they do not contain the Iron you need. I really never heard of Patches. Thanks for information. ?

That and everywhere I read says chewables absorb better. Glad I'm reading all this stuff now.

As for what MV I take I'll wait until my next appointments with my surgeon and RD to ask that. They mentioned taking prenatal vitamins long ago. At least I don't need to buy tampons.
