How do you guys handle your quick weight loss online? I'm not really up for telling everyone only a select few close friends and family about my surgery. I've hesitated to post pics because of the questions I might get, but at the same time I'd love to post....

    I deleted all my social media a while ago except this app. I can see how it could pose a problem, though. What about face shots to help people adjust to your new look? Then full body?

    I just told a few folks cause I wasn't up for all the remarks about the easy way. I told folks I was trying to make my lifestyle healthier and was on a high protein low carb diet. that was not a lie just not the whole truth.
