I deleted all my social media a while ago except this app. I can see how it could pose a problem, though. What about face shots to help people adjust to your new look? Then full body?

I just told a few folks cause I wasn't up for all the remarks about the easy way. I told folks I was trying to make my lifestyle healthier and was on a high protein low carb diet. that was not a lie just not the whole truth.
