I am 8 weeks post op gastric sleeve. I have been following the diet pretty well, but Friday and yesterday I ate some carbs (rice and pasta) which I have refrained from eating since surgery. Today I am extremely nauseous and feel like I want to vomit. My abdomen feels hard and swollen. My family is telling me to go to the ER, but I'm not sure if that is necessary. It could be something viral...should I wait it out or go the ER now?

Sorry to hear you are not feeling great. Are you constipated by any chance?

Could be just the carbs. I can't handle them well either and I am 3.5 months out. I know this was posted a day. Did you get it figured out?
