How many sizes lost?

I'm at my GW and working towards my stretch goal. I am very happy with my dress size, but I reached GW recently and I seem to be still losing inches! My stretch goal is not far from my CW and I don't really want to lose another dress size because I have been rebuilding my wardrobe (I could easily alter mist things but I don't want to!). At smaller sizes, does a ten lb loss roughly equal a dress size? Trying to plan ahead! I'm an 8 right now.

I was told 10 - 14 llbs means you drop a dress size, but I think it really depends on your body structure and fat deposits etc.

Congratulations on reaching GW !!

Kate

ps: I have lost 103 llbs and gone down 6 dress sizes. I have just had plastics and my weight might not change but my dress size may. Heres hoping :P

For me, the difference dress size is about 5-7 lbs. The smaller I get the smaller the number of pounds.
