Stalling Already?

Hi All!

I am 20 days post sleeve and seem to have been stalling for the last 7-8 days. I know this is normal, but when will I start losing again? I lost 8 pounds on the 2 week pre-op diet and 12.5 since day of surgery (12-22) but nothing the last 7-8 days. Any suggestions??

Also, it is so hard to get my Water in and starting solids has been hurting my chest...I don't know if I am eating too much at a time or what. I eat like 6 or 7 bites and then the pain comes...

Totally normal! Get your Water in. Try Crystal lite or drink your water only ice cold. Also walk around more or so exercise to for 20mins a day .. then maybe change your diet a bit.. cut down carbs for example. The little changes make a huge difference. That's my experience anyway.. I'm already 10 weeks out and am on my third stall! Some of us have to constantly things up to lose weight (less restriction than others ). It sucks but you will get through it.

I read that sometimes the stall is caused by not eating enough calories. Your body goes into starving mode if you don't eat 800 calories or something like that. I'm going to try to get more info but I figured I'd share so you can start looking into it too.
