  • My Dr told me to us Miralax also. They also told me that I may not have a BM every day. Take the Miralax every day and you will probably have a BM in 2 days. Sent from my iPhone using the Bariatric

I'm suppose to use Mirilax as well but thankfully everytime I've started to feel (bloated) like I'm going to need to then I've gone n didn't need it.. I can't believe they're telling you to just let it happen naturally after a week.. You mean you haven't gone for a full week? ..

Same I'm pre-op but nutritionist told me after surgery I need miralax if one cap doesn't work two caps a day. Until I go

miralax...take it.

I was having that issue now I'm having the complete opposite problem.... but try out a very warm towel on your lower belly and relax, seems weird but it really helped me.
