Post op 3 week chest pain

I work in a hospital so last thing i want to do is show up to ER and have it be nothing

Anyone experience chest tightening upper back pain during healing process? Started this afternoon gradually getting worse.

    Called office after hours didn't get a call back right away put a heating pad on and it resolved itself. Doctor said if it came back to head to ER

    I have struggled with a cramping/pain in my chest that goes through to my back under my right shoulder blade ever since the first night after surgery. My doctor told me that it was my stomach spasming in someway shape or form. If yours comes back and you find out anythinglet me know as I am curious as well. It will come and go at times if I am hungry etc.
