I work in a hospital so last thing i want to do is show up to ER and have it be nothing
Anyone experience chest tightening upper back pain during healing process? Started this afternoon gradually getting worse.
Let me clear something up. I work for a company that employs over 1,000 + employees. The 12 people in my department are the only ones that I know and have told about my procedure.
Im 2.5 weeks post op sleeve. Middle of January my company will do a "biggest loser competition" Winner wins $1,000. I want to do it mostly as motivation to keep me going, but I'm afraid some ppl may think I have an upper hand. Just curious on people's input.
Thanks all.
Thank you all for the feed back. I bought flavorless protein powder. Put it in oatmeal this morning. Went down great. Then tried it in flavored water...the texture and smell made me throw up. Definitely going to look into some of the other ideas. Thank you all.
I have a weak stomach to begin with- meaning certain smells, certain taste make me gag or throw up. My husband say's im a child when it comes to tasting things.
With that being said im 2 week post op- i cannot do another shake i dry heave after every sip. I'm concerned about lack of nutrients anyone have any tips on what i can do to get Protein in? I'm able to keep down pureed things at this time.
