Started my liquid diet yesterday and was so excited to find out i can still eat vegies lol. The no salt might kill me at the end of two weeks but its so worth it. 13 days until my surgury! Im so excited and nervous! Anyone else a jan surgery ?

Woo hoo! Jan 4th too, can't wait, a bundle of nerves but ready for the girl who's been hiding for 30 years to come out and play.

You can totally do it! Definitely gonna be worth it in the long run. And guess what? Today is day 15 of my liquid diet. I survived, you will too!

I'm getting my bypass on the 4 the also, I've already lost 8 lb in my first week of my pre op diet so I'm delighted for what's to come. Hope everyone's surgery goes well xxx

Jan 3. After 2 days on LD I am down 8.5 lbs. first day o drank 5 premier shakes and was full. Yesterday, only 4. Today, two plus a bottle of Isopure No carb. And that is after 7 hours of heavy landscape work at our church. No headaches or any other adverse symptoms but food commercials drive me crazy! Feel like Dracula looking at someone who just pricked his finger.
