Well, it depends on everyone's different phases. My phase I post op diet is still Clear liquids. I don't start phase II until this coming Monday. So there is nothing I can eat other than what's on my phase I sheet. But I'm ok with that. That's why I got the surgery. To make changes and follow instructions so I can get to my goals.
