I am scheduled 12/23/2016. I am nervous. I am doing the Optifast liquid Meal Replacement and all I think about is food and how scary it is for me to be so consumed with food. I can't stop thinking about it. Scared that I am going to screw up and be back where I am now.

Surgery was a breeze. I could not believe how easy it was. I thought I was going to be in PAIN but all I had was a few cramps like a period AND I was on my period.
