This is my third time with a scheduled surgery date. It is truly important to do the research and you must feel ready mentally and physically. I know now nothing is stopping me. Life is too short to live it. And to live it long and healthy! Scheduled date Jan 11 and I wish it was today! I'm actually dreading the liquid prep but glad I only have to do it a week.

Yep, I'm dreading the pre-op diet the most! I have to do 14 days. Yikes!

I'm scheduled for January 20th also, my Pre-Op appointment is on Tuesday with the Surgeon and then the Hospital... Looks like I'll have a busy day!!! Excited to finally get and date, but kinda nervous at the same time!!!

I'm getting sleeved tentatively January 19th 2017 at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin, MD by Dr Zarif. Anyone else used Dr Zarif as their Dr? I'm on the Maryland Delaware line if any other sleevers are close by. I'd love to have a sleever buddy near or far. I'm excited but just as afraid.

@@keykey42 think positive Hun. Don't question what might be but what is. You need to take each day as one and then go to the next. Baby steps. I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm afraid as well... afraid of the unknown, afraid of not waking up, afraid of failure. We al have fears I do believe but somehow we overcome the hurdles and trudge though. We are survivors! If you need someone to talk to I'm sure everyone here has something to offer to help as well as I'd be happy to lead an ear. Good luck on the new heathy amazing you!
