  10. I did the same thing I never had any kind of surgery and I'm a chicken so I know how you feel. I'm still in the preop testing mode and now realize the real risk is if we don't get the surgery. As long as you go to a good experienced surgeon that has done bariatrics it's very rare to have any complication.I could google I have a headache and before you know it your reading you might have a brain tumor so take it with a grain of salt. Good luck Sent from my Bat Phone using the BariatricPal App Haha... Yea your right. It's also because my Dr (Dr.Garcia) is in Tijuana. (TIJUANA BARIATRICS) I've read nothing but good reviews about him. But still ... it's Tijuana. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  14. Yes I made myself some lemonade with Splenda and it's really helping me with my cravings and I feel better today on day 4. I really want this and that's what keeps me focused on the diet. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. My Dr. Gave me a diet plan and told me avoid carbs, caffeine and sugars. But I think I will have a fruit once a day to help me out. It is hard especially when the whole house smells delicious.lol... but I have plenty of veggies to snack on to help me out. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App When you say "whole house smells delicious" do you mean that you are smelling the food your family members are eating? Too bad they can't refrain from eating around you. I'm sure fruit won't be bad to eat. My doctor didn't give me that kind of diet plan. He just said to drink liquids for the first 6 days, and clear liquids on the 7th day. Your doctor must be trying to ween you off of sugar, carbs, and caffeine (which is a good idea). You'll do great! Thank you! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
