    Constipation. Tmi lol

@brianajubert I know it probably sounds nasty but it's an old remedy, it worked for me after a couple shots, which was Castor Oil, Lemon Juice and Honey.... I made the concoction in a shot glass, had about 2 or 3, works wonders!!!!
  2. WALK.... WALK... WALK.... Did I say WALK again!!!! The gas has to be released, in order to do so you have to move around, trust me I know, everyone knows that they aren't a happy feeling. I would highly suggest Gas-X Strips, they work wonders, I'm only 1 month Post-Op and I faithfully keep them in my purse along with Zofran, have to stay prepared at all times.

    Question for women only

I had my tubes tied 2 years ago and since then my cycle was always on time, light and lasted 3 days tops, I was sleeved on 1/20 and I had gotten my cycle the morning of.... BAH GEEZ!!!! However, I tell you I've had post-op bleeding (heavy) since then, which just stopped about 2 days ago. WHAT A RELIEF.... I'm just waiting to see how next month turns out :-))

Finally know what it feels like

@Lenamatie301 I know exactly how you feel, I've experienced this feeling multiple times but just after a few spoon fulls to be exact!!! The feeling is HORRIBLE, and I agree I rather not eat anything else.... What's helped me get past it if it continues to linger about 20-30 mins later is something warm, preferably a cup of tea!!!! Anybody have Wellcare of Georgia?

Rylove087... I did hear back from Insurance Company, my file was submitted on 11/17 and I was notified by my Patient Advocate on 12/1 that I was approved, I believe I was approved before that date. I'm scheduled for my sleeve on 1/20, probably would have been sooner but it was the holidays and that's actually the busiest time of the year, according to my doctors office. Where exactly are you located? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
