Hmm, no idea. Have not tried sugar or really any high carb food. I did have dumping from drinking a protein shake too fast and felt dizzy but not in a good way. Hot flashes sweaty and nauseaous and gross...never want to feel that again. So kind of like being drunk in a wanting to projectile vomit and curl up in the fetal position kind of way.

Pre-surgery I used to experience "drunk on sugar."

If there was booze in the pie it is possible. LOL!

It takes very little alcohol for me to actually feel drunk. Like I cannot drive drunk.......really drunk.

Sugar, no......I just feel really crappy if i eat something with too much sugar.

I had a very small piece of wedding cake at my friends sons wedding. It had a boozy chocolate mousse in it. I did not get drunk but could seriously feel the liquor.
