Keep your eye on the prize! Remember why you are doing this and dont give in to these issues. You can do it. As for hubby, you might ask him just for now to eat in the other room? That might help

I started my liquid diet on the 26th and im having a really hard time dealing with hunger. Mostly head hunger, i think. Seeing my hubby chow down on a big burger is emotionally painful. Surgery scheduled for December 12th, and still waiting for insurance approval. Stress hitting hard. Juat having a tough night...
