I haven't tried mixing Protein but I have mixed my powedered Calcium in my pudding. That's been working out fine for me.

When I was still in the early post-op stages, I would mix a scoop or a 1/2 a scoop of Protein powder into my sf pudding-- I was using the sf pudding cups- already made ones-- not making my own pudding.. and when I added the Protein Powder (chocolate unjury) the pudding would instantly thin out and get very liquidy... which was kind of weird.. but worked fine for that stage anyway. Not sure if that's helpful lol.

I have a supply of WonderSlim bariatric food, some of which is pudding with 15g Protein. Its pretty good.

I havent made my own, but bought the supplies to do it.

I was sleeved 11/9 and of course have trouble getting my Protein in. Has anyone mixed their protein powder in their pudding? Looking for any and all suggestions. Thanks guys!
