My doc said walk right away, but wait 6 weeks for the gym so you don't tear anything.

Mine said I can swim after 2 weeks also long as incisions have healed. I am 2 weeks 2 days and plan to start swimming next week so 3 weeks plus but will wait till 6 weeks to start in gym.

he is the one to listen to (and me too of course :lol: )

"mary" or "tom" might hear different responses from their docs

one doc might say you can walk for a little while PO

others might have you wait a few weeks

always ONLY listen to your doc
