I was cleared to the gym on the 15th dayso after surgery -
I eat greek yogurt string cheese beans protein shakes vegetables, water snack bars And soup

I'm 15 days post op and was cleared to work out my doctor said listen to my body is did first day back in the gym today I did 15 min treadmill felt great I didn't push it the first day back -
Thank u I have been following the plan good to hear it's normal I was scared what to think cuzin I'm 60g. Protein and a few devil eggs or just cabbage I'm on soft foods now
