What stage of food are you at? I didn't start feeling full until I started eating more dense or solid food.

Why do you want to feel full? Full is what made us fat. I haven't felt full in years. Haven't been obese in years, either.

Word on the street is that as your stomach heals the nerves do as well and you start feeling restriction. I am at day 18 and am right along with ya. Just waiting for the healing to finish.

You don't feel full on liquids because they pass right to your bowels where they digest. You just had MAJOR SURGERY your stomach needs to be empty until the incision heals and the swelling goes down that's why you are on liquids and puree.

Didn't any of you asking this get this information in your pre op classes or in your post op instructions?

I am actually on solids already per my surgeon. You don't have to be only on liquids or puréed foods for that long according to my program. And I am doing great on them.

Believe me. I did my research.
