I don't see the difference between cottage cheese then Avocado is there really a big difference in 10 days to 13 or 14 days

Yes. 3 or 4 days of healing can make a big difference.

Cottage cheese is a good source of Protein at ~25g and 200cals per cup. Avocado, while a healthy fat, is mostly just fat. It only has ~3g protein and 240 cals per cup.
