At what point what week will the stitches fall off? I'm out of surgery 13 days today.

I would ask your doctor. Have you had follow-up visits? I went one week pot-op and go again at 2 weeks. I plan to ask my doctor when I go on Tuesday.

Some stitches dissolve, others have to be pulled out.

Stitches don't fall off...they will either dissolve or need to be removed. If you can see the actual threads they need to be removed but if you can't see anything they will dissolve on their own.
