How did you feel after your first workout postop?

I'm 3 weeks postop. The doc cleared me for light workouts. I did about an hour on the treadmill and felt weak. Anyone else experience this?

I know some people are against it and I dare not say the C word but you could try a slight pick me up (half a banana or something) about half an hour before your workout. It'll give you a bit of energy.
