Congratz and you are doing great. You are so right that you never realize how heavy you are until you take it off... Even 20 lbs makes a huge difference on the stress on my body. Great job!

I had my gastric sleeve on 9-8-16..today makes two months for me. The beginning was rough because I developed a strangulated hernia and had to have a second surgery a week later but all in all I'm doing much better. Highest weight was 430 Pre op weight was 409 Current Weight 360....you don't realize how heavy you are until you start loosing the weight
