I don't know the answer but wanted to say congrats on the loss! That's awesome! !

happy Llama sad Llama... big fat mama Llama.

Is it on your surgeon's plan? For me it was and I enjoyed a wedge for a birthday treat at just about one month post op. But plans differ on when they allow fruit and other carbs. Even if they are relatively healthy. The suggestion to have a SF popsicle is probably a better idea for a few more weeks.

Go with sugar-free popsicles...those are great. Especially the tropical ones.

I second the sugar free popsicles. That's my evening go to snack.

Don't see anything on my paperwork about watermelon. Not sure I'd get into the habit of that one with all of the natural sugars in it.

My Phys. Asst. says fruit is a sometimes food, after Protein and whole grains. (I was craving a ripe pear at about 6 weeks out.) Sugar-free/fat-free pudding mix (they have them in a bunch of flavors now, including butterscotch) mixed with skim milk is a good sweet treat, plus you get your protein up with the milk.
