  8. I've only seen 4 pack at Walmart for like $7 chocolate..vanilla and Carmel. Also if I like iced coffee u can mix a decaf instant coffee pack with the vanilla for a nice treat..drink a lil out first for a stronger flavor Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App

  12. Hey ladies...so to days make 3 weeks post op and here come "auntflo" I was hoping all the weird carving would be gone.....but NO! I done messed around and ate a FRIED chicken leg!!! U can still enjoy ur favorites just a lil modified...like hamburgers...but do a turkey burger instead without the bun or wrapped in lettuce...pizza make with low carb flat out wraps, Turkey pepperoni and low fat cheese....it so my of our fat filled favorite we can still eat just with a healthier twist...check out pinterest for more ideas search vsg diet.   15. Oh and some type of entertainment if u not a TV watcher. Like a puzzle or coloring book. After each walk i would sit in the chair for an hour or so and play games on my phone...it can get pretty boring..so that was my entertainment. Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App
