My post above is not a joke. Water bottle -----> 24/7. Everywhere you go. Keep it with you always.

I am over two years out and I carry a 24 ounce stainless steel insulated Water bottle everywhere.

Try fluids other than water if you haven't already. You need to focus on meeting Fluid goal of at least 64ozs or you'll quickly get dehydrated.

Homemade chicken broth in a crock pot has been a lifesaver for me.
