@@TanishaP The only way I get my Protein is with an unflavored Protein Powder as @@blizair09 suggested. If you don't do that - you'll probably have to supplement with shakes still (which is something I couldn't stand anymore). I bought GENEPRO and it is really good - I've added it to butternut squash and sugar free pudding and you can't even tell it's in there.

Ditto... I'm having at least one 25-30 gram shake a day, in addition to adding unflavored protein (Genepro and Isopure) to my puree'd food (soups, chili, etc.). My goal is at least 90-100 grams of protein.

I have my post-op appointment in 3 hours' time and am hoping to be cleared for the pureed stage also. I'm soooooooooo sick of liquids and soups now! :-)
