Is anyone else 2 weeks out ... How much weight did you loose two weeks out ? How were you feeling etc ? Just want to see how I'm getting on compared to others !

No, I haven't had any tests at all post-op. I have to say though, that I think it may have been my hemorrhoids bleeding, they do that quite often. If I had a leak I would be extremely unwell, tachycardia, tachypnea (high heart rate and respiratory rate), hypertensive initially - as a nurse I know I feel too well to have a major leak at this point, but that's not to say it couldn't happen in the future! I will ask my dr about some evaluation though - I didn't have a swallow study either!

How do I give a thumbs up or add a new post on here? I want to give you all a "thumbs up" simply for taking the bull by the horns and making your future healthy self a reality! I'm an RN, 9 days out VSG, nothing but problems - I spent an extra 4 days in hospital due to nausea/pain spasms, came home for 3 days, back in the ER yesterday having IV fluids, spent last night having major diarrhea with my first bowel movement in 10 days (curse you, Milk of Magnesia!) and lost around a liter of RED Fluid, now it's morning and I'm feeling a lot better. Yes I know I lost blood from somewhere and I should have gone back to the ER but at 4am I just couldn't do it - I'd had enough of hospitals. More diarrhea just now is a normal color. Anyone else on here having bowel trouble?

I'm actually 3 weeks out. I lost 16 pounds in 2 weeks. But stalled. Today I lost an additional 3 pounds. So 19 pounds in 3 weeks

I'm just about 2 weeks along, lost 24 so far. Feeling good so far. Thank God! I'm concerned about my Protein intake so far as I don't think I'm getting it all in.

Hey y'all,I had my sleeve the 25th and had gained because of IV too but dwn by 13 today so lost the 6 I had gained plus 7 more still on clear liquids. I am amazed at how little pain and discomfort I have had as well as thankful.

Had my surgery on the 25th as well. Still have incision pain if I take off the compression.

I was sleeved on the 25th of October but gained 5.5 in hospital due to fluids am down 26.9 am feeling good

I drink 2 sometimes 3 premier Protein shakes a day each one has 30 grams of protein
