  11. I couldn't do that. I choose to go public to help sleevers and non sleevers. I think its important to me that people understand that my sleeve helped me drop 104 pounds. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using the BariatricPal App
  12. I can't help u with that because i chose to go public about my sleeve. I need all the support that i can get. I have close family that are still closet sleevers and they hear me blabbing off about my journey. I see them and they don't seem so happy. Why do u feel staying in closet will benefit your sucess? Sometimes i just stick a spoon of Peanut Butter in my mouth and just get it over with. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using the BariatricPal App
  18. Contipation isn't nice. I try to add broccoli normandy to my meal at least once a day. Popcorn is really high in Fiber to. U can have but just a little. I pop my own and eat solo no butter. I eat it for regularity not for snack. If u eat too much u will be in trouble . Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using the BariatricPal App

  20. I agree,..I'm 8 mo post op. I personally discovered my personal addiction to food when i started my pre liquid diet. I seriously didn't realize the magnitude of my addiction. I also didn't realize i was that huge!!! I recently held up my sz 28 shorts against my now sz 14 body and asked my husband.....why didn't u tell me i was this huge? He replied by saying. ..thats why i let u blow 18 thousand in 1 day. Lol..... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using the BariatricPal App
  21. Im a newbie 8 mo out. What i can say about getting sleeved is that i truly feel as if i had a brain transplant along with sleeve. From what i gather is that part of stomach removed is the part that creates a hunger hormone. Now all gone....i have no hunger. I don't crave. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using the BariatricPal App
  22. Could it be that u still have liquid glue around them? That stuff can really irritate the skin if left on 4 long time Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using the BariatricPal App
  23. You can have it after u are on soft foods. I eat alot of pb solo. I keep it at my desk and take spoonful and nibble on it over 1 hr. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using the BariatricPal App
  24. 8 mo post down 104. I am a totally different person. I never in my wildest dreams would hqve imagined my life as a skinny person. As the days pass im i can see it. Im living my dreams. For the first time in my life im enjoying life & i just happen to be loosing weight. I deffinately dont see it as a diet. I don't feel like this is dieting. Its different this time with sleeve power.
