Starting pre-op diet on Monday. Surgery on the 15th. The closer I get the more I wonder if I can do it. I have been preparing for over a year. I'm thinking about the cost/benefit thing. I've been drinking coffee since I was 5. Will I miss it? Goes for other foods that will become taboo. I'm excited and have reservations at the same time. I'm 64 years old . You know that thing about "teaching an old new tricks. I want to and dont, want to at the same time. Anyone else ever feel like this?
