Scale stall :/

Hey there! So, I got my sleeve done on October 3rd. My program had me doing two weeks liquid diet pre-op and post-op. So four weeks of liquids. I just got to start my next stage this week (puréed). Since starting puréed foods, the scale has hit a stall and even went back up a pound.

I've been weighing myself every day so I'm trying not to take the numbers seriously until my actual weigh in date this coming Monday but I was curious if anyone experienced this. Thanks in advance all!

Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process of losing weight. Everyone experiences stalls and just about everyone experiences a stall about three weeks after surgery.

Just follow your program. Focus on getting in all of your Protein and fluids, and stay off the scale!

Put the scale away and focus on eating right. Good luck.

I had a stall after 2 weeks and I've put my scale in my car. Said I won't weigh myself again for at least 2 weeks. Don't weigh everyday it will be disappointing.
