  • I was having trouble getting my Protein also. I got some genpro unflavored Protein powder and mix with my crystal light. 30 grams of protein and easier for me to drink than the Protein Shakes. Sent

I am 2 weeks post-op and still struggling to get my liquid goals. I am up to about 50 oz. But it takes a good amount of effort to get there.

I can manage 60-80 oz a day. But I am only able to stomach half the protien shakes. Those make me nauseous..

Let me tell you...I have started to put ice in my ninja do where it turns into snow and I can probably eat/drink like 65-75 ounces of that in a day with eaaaase... Now the protein takes a little time but I'm able to drink 2 Chocolate Premier Protein drinks in a day, my surgery was 10/3...and trust me it's and all day event... Ive lost 8.3 pounds since my surgery...

How many ounces do you take in daily? I'm only at 28 ounces ..

My Fluid target is at least 64 oz. 28 oz is extremely low. You definitely need to stay on top of your fluids so you don't experience dehydration.
