2 months post op progress

I love seeing everyone's progress so I decide to share my first milestone with everyone. On 3-8-16 I started my weight loss journey at my highest weight of 442 lbs the if surgery 7-26-17 I was 400lbs today I weighed in at 340 lbs I made this mostly for myself because since I started at such a high weight it's hard for me to see my progress because I still look in the mirror and see such a big person I feel amazing though and its nice to fit in smaller sizes I know that I have a long ways to go but I'm so excited for the journey that awaits me
