So, I had my bypass August 17, I have lost a good 30 lbs... but I get a tad bit discouraged or disappointed when now the scale doesn't move and hasn't moved in about 2 weeks. I am eating right and I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. My gym training varies with either just cardio, cardio and strength or I take classes. I can see a difference in all my clothes so that is the one thing that keeps me motivated, but this is not a bad thing right? This is normal correct? Just making sure I am not crazy! Lol
